Q: Why should I become a Track 21 member?
A: Besides the free race included on your birthday, our members receive first notice of our new specials as well as get first notice on any upcoming special events here at the track.
Q: How long is my membership good for?
A: Memberships are good for one year from date of purchase.
Q: I bought a Group On (Living Social) deal and it expired, can I still use it?
A: You can use the paid credit of the daily deal promotion (what you actually paid) towards what the certificate was purchased for. Example: If you bought a deal for 2 races then you can apply the paid value towards the regular cost of two races.
Q: Can I use my Group On/Living Social expired credit with promotional deals at Track 21?,/a>
A: The Group On/Living Social expired credit can ONLY be used toward regular prices here at Track 21.
Q: How old do you have to be to drive the Karts?
A: Adult Karts-16+ years. Junior Karts-8+ years.(Kids under the age of 18 MUST meet the waiver requirements.
Q: Where is Track 21 located?
A: HWY 6 N. between Clay & West Little York.
Q: What types of payment do we accept?
A: We accept cash, Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover, and Traveler Checks. We do not accept personal or company checks.
Q: When does my race start? Do I get 4 or 5 warm up laps?
A: Your race starts when you leave the pits. No warm up laps.This is the reason you will receive 10 minutes on the track and not a lap restrictive race.
Q: Can we get the waivers from your website?
A: Yes, you can get the Adult waiver and/or the Youth waiver.
Q: Who needs a waiver?
A: Anyone who plans to race will need a waiver. Once you decide to become a member we will keep your waiver on file forever, however if you do not become a member you will need to fill out a waiver every time you come out.
Q:Who can sign a waiver?
A: Adults 18 and older can sign their own waiver in order to race. They MUST show appropriate ID when they are signing in order to prove their age. Anyone under the age of 18 will have to fill out a Youth Waiver. They must have their own mother or father sign the waiver as anyone else’s signature will not be accepted. The ONLY exception to this rule is if a legal guardian can present a copy of the legal guardianship papers issued by the court, then they they can sign for a minor. This policy applies to stepparents, grandparents, siblings, chapperones, etc.
Q: What forms of ID can I bring in?
A: We will accept any government ID such as Driver’s License, Passport, State Issued ID cards, Military ID etc. It must have your picture, name and birthday. In lieu of these documents a combination can be brought in. For example, a birth certificate with a school ID that has a picture would work.
Q: Why are you all so strict when it comes to waivers?
A: While indoor karting is an extremely safe activity, our goal is to make sure that every minor who races is here with his parents consent.
Q: Is it safe?
A: Yes, Indoor karting has an excellent safety record. We also provide all the safety gear you will need.
Q: Can I bring my own kart?
A: No, we supply all the karts and maintain them. This makes it more fun to come in and race without having to do all the work to keep a kart running properly.
Q: Do you rent out your karts?
A: No, we do not rent our karts out for use outside our facility. Our karts and our facility are designed with safety in mind.
Q: Can I race with my child who will be in a Junior Kart?
A: It is unsafe to place heavy adults out in faster karts with children in the junior karts.
Q: How fast do the karts go?
A: Junior Karts, governed to approximately 20 mph govern limited. Adult karts can go 40+ mph.
Q: Are the brakes front or rear wheel or both?
A: Rear brakes only.
Q: How long is a session?
A: A single session runs for 10 minutes.
Q: How many karts can be on the track at once?
A: Up to 8 karts (based on managers discretion) will be on the track at any given time.
Q: Can I use the membership race packages for everyone I bring?
A: No, the member specials are for members only.
Q: If I bring one of my friends, what group discounts can we expect?
A: We give groups of 6 or more a 20% discount.

Q: Do you have all the equipment I will need?
A: Yes, we provide everything you will need to race. All you need to bring is a pair of closed-toe shoes and a need for speed.
Q: Can I bring my own helmet?
A: Yes, as long as it is a DOT certified helmet with a shield or goggles.
Q: Can I bump everyone out of the way?
A: NO, these are not bumper cars. These are racing karts and we want people to come in and experience how much fun it is to race. We do not allow racers to bump anyone off the track or cause accidents on purpose. We strictly enforce the rules and want everyone's racing experience to be fun.

A: We have a video arcade and as well as AREA 21 Laser Tag . Our newest addition to Track 21. 8,000 sq ft two levels and a bunch of fun!
